We have been lucky enough to have a visitor from Sport Manawatu come to school and help us with our athletics. We really noticed the improvement on athletics day. Here are some photos of us learning how to hammer throw.

WOW!!! Run,Jump,Throw I love it but most of all I love the way you guys in Room 10 have made an animoto about it. It is a great way to tell the rest of the world what we do here at Lytton Street School.!!!
I like "Run, Jump, Throw" because it helped me with the Shot Putt. My most favourite activity is the hammer.
